- If you are intending to apply for a non-degree, undergraduate or postgraduate programmes then you are on the right page.
- In order to be able to apply for any programme, you will first need to create an account by clicking the button on the menu bar.
- After creating an account, log in to be able to apply.
- Study carefully programmes to be applied whether you meet minimum entry qualifications.

UDOM Online Application
UDOM Direct Entry Requirements
For form six applicants the minimum entry qualification is two principal passes in relevant A-Level subjects totaling 2.5 points (except programmes at the College of Health Sciences 4.5 and 5; Earth Sciences 3) and three credits at ‘O’ Level.
UDOM Undergraduate Entry Requirements
1 Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems, Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, and Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering.
i) Direct Entry Qualifications
Principal Level passes in Mathematics and Physics or Geography or Chemistry or Economics.
ii) Equivalent Qualifications
An appropriate equivalent Diploma /Certificate with B average credit or higher grade and B grade in mathematics from an institution approved by Senate.
2 Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering
i) Direct Entry Qualifications
Principal Level passes in Mathematics and Physics
ii) Equivalent Qualifications
An appropriate equivalent Diploma /Certificate with B average credit or higher grade and B grade in mathematics from an institution approved by Senate.
3 Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM)
A principal pass in Mathematics at ACSE or a credit pass in Mathematics at CSEE.
4 Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Category A: Direct Entry (Form Six)
Bachelor of Arts Entry Qualifications
i) Direct Entry Qualifications
a) Bachelor of Arts (Economics): Two or more Principal Level passes, one of which must be Economics OR at least “S” in Mathematics at ACSE or “C” in CSE.
b) Bachelor of Arts (General): Two or more Principal Level passes in Arts subjects.
c) Bachelor of Arts – Geography and Environmental Studies (BAGE): Background in Science or Arts subjects with a principal pass in Geography at ACSE
d) Bachelor of Arts – Environmental Disaster Management (BA-EDM): Background in Science or Arts subjects with a principal pass in Geography at ACSE
e) Bachelor of Arts – Economics and Sociology: At least “S” in Mathematics at ACSE or “C” in CSE
f) Bachelor of Arts – Environmental Economics: At least “S” in Mathematics at ACSE or “C” in CSE
g) Bachelor of Arts- Economics and Statistics: At least “S” in Mathematics at ACSE or “S” at CSE
h) Bachelor of Arts- Environmental Economics and Policy: At least “S” in Mathematics at ACSE or at least “C” at CSE
ii) Equivalent Qualifications
An appropriate equivalent Diploma (GPA 2.7 or higher).
UDOM Diploma Entry Requirements
For Diploma applicants the minimum entry qualification is at least Four O level passes (D’s and above) or NVA level III with less than four O level passes or equivalent foreign qualifications as established by either NECTA or VETA;
AND
(i) Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) with at least GPA of 2.7; or
(ii) Full Technician Certificate (FTC) with at least points average of 2.7 (where A=5, B=4,C=3 and D=2 points); or
(iii) Diploma in Teacher Education with an average of ‘B’ grade; or
(iv) Health related awards such as Clinical Medicine and others with average of ‘B’ grade; or
(v) Credit class diploma for classified diplomas and certificates in terms of ‘distinctions, credit or pass’ or
(vi) Lower Second Class diploma for classified non-NTA diplomas;
Note: Two grading systems are currently operational:
- Applicants who completed Form Four and Form six in 1988-2013 use the old system where A to E are considered as principal passes with S being a subsidiary pass. The grades are weighed as follows A = 5, B = 4, C = 3, D = 2, E = 1 and S= 0.5.
- For applicants who completed their studies
in 2014 and beyond the principal passes are ‘A to D. The grades are weighed as follows A = 5, B+ = 4, B = 3, C = 2, D = 1 and E = 0.5.
