Description
Flash Learning & Development Internship Program for South Africans (6 MONTH CONTRACT);- As the Learning and Development Intern you will be responsible for supporting the L&D Manager with the development, implementation and coordination of Flash’s training needs and development of its people. Your skills will provide the L&D team with strong attention to detail and an ability to proactively engage with external and internal stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administration of:
- Learnership Programmes – NQF 2, 3, 4, 5
- Training systems
- Internal and external short courses
- Capturing and uploading training onto the Sage 300 People system
- Maintain Training Calendar
- Co-ordinate learners’ schedules (including: invites, venue, catering and travel)
- Organise and collate training resources
- Entry level content creation
- Track and report on Bursaries
- Capture and upload training onto the Sage 300 People system
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
• Degree in Human Resource Management or similar qualification is essential
