Kasulu Town Council forms a part of Kigoma Region, the region that is situated at the extreme Western part of the Republic of Tanzania.
The major characteristic of the Council is categorized into low lands and highlands of 1,200m -1,800m a.s.l and plateaus of 914m-1,350m from the sea level. (MSL).
Kasulu Council receives enough rainfall which ranges from 1,300 mm to 1, 500 mm and the temperature ranges between 16°C-29°C degree centigrade which enables agricultural activities to improve productivity.
